Borsdane Wood Ltd (Dairydata) (“us”, “we”, or “our”) provides the mobile application ParagonAndroid (the “App”), to an organisation (the “Dairy”) using the line of business application “Paragon Dairy Management System”. The App is a tool used to facilitate the delivery of milk and other dairy products by a driver employed by the Dairy.

The App downloads information (a start session) to enable the driver to deliver products to several delivery points (addresses).
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to record and manage these deliveries.

The App does not directly collect any personal data about the end user.
Customer information is downloaded securely to the device running the App from the line of business application “Paragon DMSystem”. This customer information contains name, address, telephone number and holiday periods..

The information used by the app will always remain in the United Kingdom and is governed by the GDPR legislation.
